1. Eligibility & Participation
- The platform is open to all Pakistani citizens aged 18 or older with a valid CNIC.
- Users must provide accurate and verifiable information when registering.
- Each user may submit a request for business consideration up to two times per month, as per our internal schedule.
2. Processing Fee & Verification
- A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 500 is required to submit an application.
- The fee covers manual identity checks, fraud prevention, and secure record handling.
- Only applicants who complete verification will be included in the business support consideration cycle.
3. Business Support Selection Process
Naiki Online runs a review and selection process each month to identify eligible applicants for business support.
- The process is conducted transparently and ethically, in accordance with internal review procedures.
- Selected applicants are contacted directly after verification. If an applicant does not meet final verification, another eligible applicant may be considered.
Note: This is not a lottery, gambling, or prize-winning system. It is a support initiative intended for eligible small business seekers.
4. Support Amount & Disbursement
- Selected applicants may receive up to Rs. 100,000 as financial support to begin or enhance a small business.
- The amount is provided without interest or repayment obligation, aligning with ethical and Islamic financial values.
- Disbursements are made only to verified bank or Easypaisa accounts registered in the applicant’s name.
- Tax regulations of Pakistan may apply to any disbursed amount, if required by law.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Use multiple accounts to submit multiple entries
- Misuse the platform for unlawful or unethical purposes
- Violate any Pakistani laws or Islamic values
Violation of these rules may result in disqualification and permanent suspension from the platform.
6. Privacy & Data Handling
- User data is collected for verification and internal record-keeping only.
- All data is stored securely on Google Firestore and is never shared with external parties unless required by law.
- By using this platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to data processing as described.
7. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution
- Naiki Online follows Islamic ethical principles and Pakistani legal standards.
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through mutual discussion. If unresolved, they will be handled under Pakistani law.
8. Amendments to Terms
- Naiki Online may update these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the app or participation in the program signifies your agreement to the updated Terms.
