Welcome to Naiki Online. By using our platform and participating in Naiki Invest, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with Islamic values and Pakistani law.

1. Eligibility & Participation

  • Participation in Naiki Invest is open to all Pakistani citizens aged 18 and above with a valid CNIC/National ID.
  • Users must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.
  • Each user can participate twice a month, in accordance with the Naiki Invest schedule.

2. Processing Fee & Verification

  • A Rs. 500 processing fee is required for participation and verification.
  • This fee is non-refundable and ensures secure processing, fraud prevention, and compliance checks.
  • Only users who complete verification successfully will be eligible for the random selection process.

3. Winner Selection & Transparency

  • Winners are selected fairly and transparently using a random number generator.
  • The selection process is conducted live and can be viewed via public streaming.
  • The winner will be notified and must complete the final verification process before receiving the reward.
  • If a winner fails verification, the next eligible participant will be considered.

4. Rewards & Disbursement

  • The selected winner will receive Rs. 1,00,000 or an equivalent investment in a business partnership.
  • The reward amount is subject to taxation as per Pakistani tax laws.
  • Funds will be transferred only to the verified Easypaisa or bank account in the participant’s own name.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Submitting false information or engaging in fraudulent activity.
  • Participating through multiple accounts.
  • Misusing the platform for any illegal or unethical activities.
  • Violating any Pakistani laws or Islamic principles regarding fairness and ethical conduct.

Any user found violating these rules will be permanently disqualified and banned from the platform.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • User information is securely stored and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
  • By participating, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your personal data.

7. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution

  • Naiki Online operates under Islamic principles and follows Pakistani regulations.
  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, they will be settled under the laws of Pakistan.

8. Updates & Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of any changes.
