At Naiki Online, we maintain a fair and transparent policy to ensure clarity for all users. Please read the refund policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Processing Fee – Non-Refundable
- The Rs. 500 processing fee is non-refundable.
- This fee is charged to cover the verification process, operational expenses, and system maintenance.
- Once the payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Business Investment – No Repayment Required
- The amount provided to selected participants under Naiki Invest is not a loan, but an investment for business support.
- No repayment is required; however, a profit-sharing model will be applied based on the business nature and agreement.
3. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments
- If a user makes a duplicate payment by mistake, they must immediately contact our support team at info@naikionline.com with proof of transaction.
- After verification, if found valid, the extra amount may be adjusted for future applications but will not be refunded.
4. Unauthorized Transactions
- If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made on your account, report it within 24 hours to our support team.
- Naiki Online is not responsible for payments made using incorrect account details provided by the user.
5. No Refund for Non-Selection
- Submitting an application does not guarantee selection in the Naiki Invest program.
- If an applicant is not selected, the processing fee is still non-refundable, as it covers verification and operational costs.
6. Policy Updates
Naiki Online reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the platform and official channels.
